Order Processing
All OleCozy products are made to order and crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.
Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment. During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or seasonal demand are outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Returns & Refunds
Because all OleCozy items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- buyer’s remorse
- ordering the wrong size
- accidental purchases
- personal preference
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and problem area
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
